Cancellation, Return and Refund policy

At Bia Nua, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options and obligations when returning or seeking a refund for your flavoured banana chips purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer:

•  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@bianua.in or call us at +917907128394 with your order details.

•  If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the order is dispatched, we will process a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

•  Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Krypsy:

• Out of Stock: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item(s).

• Other Reasons: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to fraudulent transactions or inaccuracies in product or pricing information. In     such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.

2. RETURNS

2.1 Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at +917907128394 or Support@bianua.in with your order number and details of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the matter by offering a replacement product or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

2.2 Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item to us at our expense.

2.3 Conditions for Returning Goods:

• We cannot take responsibility for products that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.

• Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Any products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the       customer will not be eligible for return.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items:

• Due to the perishable nature of our flavoured banana chips, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned in sections 1.1 and 1.2 above.

• Products that have been opened, consumed, mixed with other items, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

2.5 Return Period:

Customers must initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests for returns made after this period may not be accepted.

3. REFUNDS

3.1 Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be issued for eligible returns as described in sections 1.1 and 1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, unless the return is due to damage or defect. We cannot issue refunds unless we have a valid receipt of goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.

3.2 Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 – 10 days.

3.3 Refund Exceptions:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any costs incurred for returning the product to us will be your responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defect, or receiving an incorrect item.
